HYGIENE CONCEPT COVID-19

When making an appointment, the customer is asked about their current health status and that of the last 14 days before the appointment in connection with SARS-CoV-2. If the customer mentions symptoms that justify the suspicion of an infection, an appointment should not be made. The same applies if the customer is already in quarantine.

If the above conditions change accordingly for the customer between the appointment and the appointment, so that a suspicion of COVID-19 is justified, the customer is asked to inform the therapist and the appointment will be postponed / canceled.

Customer contact data as well as the time of entering / leaving must be documented so that a possible chain of infection can be traced. The collection of this data is in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) permissible. There are information obligations according to Art. 13 GDPR.

The client is also asked to notify the therapist after the treatment if he / she experiences symptoms that indicate COVID-19. This query also includes the health status of all people around the customer.
